We understand that the estates manager is a professional who has the utmost confidence of its customers, to the extent that it functions as delegated to staff and management of their heritage.
If you want to change an administrator, the new law provides in Article 553-25 of the Law 5/2006, of the Book V of the Code Civil de Catalunya: "You can only pass resolutions on matters on the agenda. However, the board of owners may agree, even if no included in the agenda, the removal of the president, manager or administrator, secretary and take action against them, and the appointment of people to exercise the above charges".
