The basic functions of a secretary are

-Write the minutes of meetings and transcribe the minutes, sent it by certified mail or registrered fax, withim eight days, to all owners at the last address contained in the Community.

-Save the minute books which must be dully authenticated.

-Retain for five years all documentation of the community (only calls, communications, power or relevant documents).
