MAS DEL SURO is a large country house that is distributed over two floors.

 

On the ground floor there is a small hall, dining room and kitchen area (on the right side of the house). The fully equipped kitchen maintains the classic character of a Catalan country house but fully adapted to current needs. Next to the kitchen there is a room with a double bed and private bathroom with shower. And next to the dining room we find another bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower that also can be used as a courtesy bathroom. On the left side of the house there is a pleasant living room with TV, fireplace and access to a large indoor barbecue area, perfect to enjoy local gastronomy with family members or friends, and also here there is an outdoor terrace area to enjoy lunch and dinner in the fresh air. It is possible to get to the garden and swimmimg pool from any area on this floor.

 

On the first floor there are three bedrooms: two of them en suite (the master suite has a bathrooms with shower and bathtub and another one - a bathroom with just shower) and with precious views of the pool and garden area and the third one has two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. All these bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

 

Outside, the house is surrounded by a large nice garden where where we find wonderful swimming pool with a terrace with lawn where you can refresh and sunbathe. Close to the pool, there is a fantastic chill-out area to relax. From all the territory you can enjoy a splendid view of the house itself and the garden.
