Montmar is an ideal house to relax and enjoy, with its own private pool and with the beach, the best restaurants and all the services all in walking distance and so easy to reach there is no need for a car.

The house is distributed over two floors:

The main floor has a large, sunny and very comfortable living room, with fireplace, modern fully equipped American kitchen, separate laundry area, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The living room and the kitchen form a totally open plan space leading out to the terrace, bathed by the sun all day long and perfectly equipped to enjoy the open air at all times. On this wonderful terrace we find the beautiful swimming pool, a chill-out area where we can enjoy the pleasant summer evenings and nights, and a fantastic porch area that includes an outdoor kitchen equipped with a fridge and barbecue. On the terrace we also find a complete bathroom with shower.

The first floor offers a double suite with private bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, a twin room with views over the pool, another comfortable twin room, and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
