La Perica és una casa senyorial, situada en un paratge natural fantàstic davant del mar, en ple cor de la Costa Brava, a tant sols 5 minuts a peu de la platja de Tamariu per el camí de ronda. Piscina privada amb una fantàstica vista al mar i ampli jardí.
La casa esta totalment reformada i consta de diferentes plantes. La planta baixa consta d'una amplia sala, una habitació doble, un bany amb dutxa i zona de rentador. La planta de nivell de carrer, que està climatitzada, consta d' un ampli saló menjador amb unes fantàstiques vistes al mar, amb accés directe a la terrassa i a la piscina. Amplia cuina totalment equipada i un bany de cortesia. En aquesta mateixa planta hi ha dues habitacions dobles amb bany privat, una habitació amb bany compartit i una habitació de matrimoni amb bany privat. La planta superior consta d'un agradable saló de lectura. També hi ha un espai diàfan apte per diversos usos situat a la primera planta de la torra.

La mer est à quelques mètres de vous et pourrez profiter d’apéritifs avec la vue sur la mer qui est prolongement de la piscine à débordement, en entendant les vagues claquer sur les rochers. Un petit sentier passe aux pieds du jardin (qui est de très belle taille, idéal pour les enfants) et permet d’accéder aux rochers qui bordent la mer. La maison est très bien équipée et nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 7 enfants. Par contre ne pas compter aller à la plage à pied, il faut compter 3 mn de voiture. Autre point fort l’agence est très réactive, nous avons eu un pépin en soirée qui a été réglé en 45 mn par les techniciens. We cooked one night and kitchen had every amenity needed. The family room had a nice comfortable large couch for relaxing and there were nice lounge chairs around the pool. We loved waking up and putting on the robes that were left and sitting outside drinking coffee. The views and sunrise were the most beautiful I have ever seen. The hiking trails that bordered the property were such a nice surprise and led us right to the beach. The mgt company was very attentive to our needs bringing us a hair dryer and allowing us a late check-out. Even during bad weather - we enjoyed our stay. There is a great trail for exploring the coast - right outside the back door. We took it into town and got great scenic shots along the way. Best if you have a car - we went to the larger market in the nearby town - as the one in town doesn’t have much to offer. The 8 of us stayed here (4 adults and 4 teen kids) - ping pong table and foosball table provided lots of fun for the kids. They provide bath and hand towel and a beach towel for each guest. We came on a family vacation with three generations. All of us just loved the place. The view from every window is spectacular. Very quiet isolated villa located in an amazing place. A beautiful path along the beach straight from the villa.
