The house is located in the area known as Son Rich, just 1.5 km from the beautiful medieval village of Begur and very close to the beaches of the area, known for their exceptional beauty, such as Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aigua Blava, Aigua Freda, Platja Fonda or Illa Roja. The village of Begur with its narrow streets full of boutique shops, invites you to take a walk and to enjoy the rich gastronomy of the Empordà region in its many restaurants and terraces. El Colomar offers spacious and comfortable accommodation to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of Catalonia. The private swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden, will delight young and old alike, who will be able to refresh themselves and sunbathe in total privacy! The villa is distributed over two floors: The upper floor has a sunny dining room, with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea with an exit to a pleasant terrace over the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On the same floor there are two double suites. Both have a bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace. There is also a single room with a trundle bed, which incorporates another bathroom with bathtub. The ground floor includes a double suite with a stunning view and a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate bathroom with shower with direct access from the garden and a large laundry area.
