Cala Nostra is a residential area of terraced houses, situated in a quiet and privileged location, very close to one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava, the cove of Aigua Gelida. It has a large community area with three swimming pools, three tennis courts lit up at night, a children's playground and a large garden with grass and pine trees. Surveillance and concierge service all year round. It is the ideal place to spend a magnificent holiday on the beach, with activities and fun for the whole family.
The house is distributed over two levels: On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable living room with a fireplace and exit to a beautiful terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy delicious meals al fresco. Large kitchen completely renovated and courtesy toilet. The first floor has a double suite with private bathroom, two double bedrooms and one bunk bed room that share a full bathroom.
