This large town house is situated very close to Tamariu sandy beach, approximately 250 meters from the promenade where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava.   The house consists of three levels:On the main floor we find the entrance hall that leads to a spacious and charming living room with different spaces to relax with the family, one of them is a cozy area with a fireplace. The large windows let in the light of the Costa Brava and reveal magnificent views of the sea. It is important to note that due to the location of the house and the type of modern architecture the house is not suitable for families with children under 15 years old.   The house has 4 bedrooms:On the upper level we find a double room with a private bathroom and access to the rest area and terrace in the upper part of the house.
