Magnificent house of 353 m2 is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden on a plot of 1934 m2, located in centre town of Tamariu, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Facing south, the villa has direct access to the main street of Tamariu, which gives a flexibility in the mobility. The house has a private pool and a covered and independent barbecue.  The villa is distributed on two floors and a half: At the entrance there is a hall that separates 2 levels. Going up a few steps we find ourselves on the top floor.
