Moderna cuina totalment equipada. Hi trobem una suite amb llit de matrimoni i bany privat amb banyera, una habitació amb dos llits i un bany amb dutxa. Les dues habitacions tenen accés a la terrassa. Gaudeixi de la comoditat d’aparcar el cotxe al pàrquing i agafar l’ascensor fins al segon pis, on es troba l’apartament.

Lovely stay ..
Apartment was very close to shops restaurants and bars and beach . It was lovely and spacious with a good balcony and was well equipped.
Suggeriments o millores: It didn’t have aircon , and in 37 deg heat although they had fans in every room it was very difficult to sleep at night .

Overall a great place. Could hear the ocean waves from the living room and both bedrooms. Spacious. Great to have two bathrooms. It is a cute little town with loads to do. We LOVED our time there.
Suggeriments o millores: not great furniture or mattresses. Blankets were old. Living room sliding glass door does not lock shut - you share that balcony with the neighbors. Each night I jammed an iron pole and a broken cutting board into the door frame so the door wouldn't open. Someone else noted this on a previous review. I assumed that would have been fixed - but it hasn't. Our first night - Saturday - a bunch of men came back to the nextdoor apartment and were partying from 11pm - 2am. I could not sleep. They were so loud. I was a on edge because of the shared balcony. I called the airbnb owner's emergency number twice for advice - but they didn't answer. They did call me the next afternoon (they were nice) - said they didn't own that apartment but would speak with the owner.

Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités et très propre Très bien situé avec vue sur la mer à deux pas de la plage
Suggeriments o millores: Manque de précisions concernant le versement d’une caution de 500€ normalement remboursable dans les 48h après l’état des lieux Je l’attends toujours 5 jours après notre départ ☹️ alors que rien n’a été endommagé Mon budget en pâtit et ce n’est pas très sérieux

Excellent !
Emplacement idéal, vue sur la mer. Cet appartement est extrêmement confortable et propre. La décoration est soignée. Attention tout de même l'immeuble n'est pas bien insonorisé. On entend les voisins. Heureusement nous étions peu nombreux mais en plein mois de juillet ou août cela doit être compliqué.
Suggeriments o millores: L'agence nous avait autorisé a arriver à 13h30 au lieu de 16h mais les clés n'étaient pas dans le boitier. Nous avons dû appelé l'agence qui à envoyé ne personne pour nous apporter les clés. Nous avons attendu 30 min. J'ai précisé que je n'étais pas très contente et l'agence a répondu : "et bien la prochaine fois vous rentrerez à 16h comme tout le monde" . Manque de respect évident !

Perfect uitzicht, loopafstand strand, 2 badkamers, erg ruim appartement, parkeergarage, lift en leuk plaatsje.
Suggeriments o millores: Geen WiFi (KPN lachende derde) en geen airco, gezien de huur per week echt een gemis en niet van deze tijd. Of de huur fors lager of zorgen dat het klopt.

“Great location with beautiful sea views bang in the centre of the beautiful village of Calella. The flat is sparsely furnished with enough for a beach holiday (fans in every room which is a must for Calella in the summer). I would recommend this flat for adults or families with children who are not too young and/or intrepid as the balcony is all around the flat and the summer heat makes it impossible to close all windows to keep children inside :).”

La terrasse et sa vue ainsi que le confort de l'appartement.Le parking privé et son ascenseur sont un plus très appréciable.
Suggeriments o millores: Insonorisation avec les appartements voisins, le manque de wifi et la télé sans sous titrage multilingues.
