On the ground floor there is a large, bright and stylishly decorated living area, guest toilet, and dining space adjacent to the open plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen with central islan, cold filtered drinking water from the tap. The saltwater pool and garden can be accessed from all these areas, as well as from the master bedroom, which also has its own terrace. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing, having meals in the fresh air with friends and family or simply enjoying the views of the ancient olive tree and Mediterranean inspired planting and hills beyond, with a glass of chilled cava. The master bedroom has a separate walk-in wardrobe and a stunning white marble effect ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower, luxurious bath and modern accessories.

On the upper floor there is a large entrance hall with a door to the right opening up to the big garage which also contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. To the left there are 3 further bedrooms: one double room with its own terrace with open views of valley to the south, second double room ensuite and a twin room.  All bedrooms are very light and airy. Both bathrooms on this floor have recently been renovated to a high level and enjoy rainfall showers, modern and stylish accessories.
