On the lower floor, at garden level, there is a spacious master suite with walk-in wardrobe, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and direct access to the garden and pool area.

The second building, entirely on one level and with direct access to the garden, features a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a cosy living-dining area with fireplace, and large windows opening onto a covered terrace. The sleeping area includes a master suite with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the porch, a twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom with shower.
