This villa is just magical. We were a family of 5 with 3 generations staying. We all adore Tamariu and the villa is perfectly located to enjoy the seafront and the beach from your own secluded spot with complete privacy. It is just a couple of minutes walk down the hill and you're on the beach ( be aware for family members with mobility issues that the hill is short but steep, and the fastest route up and down is via a flight of stairs). The villa is comfortable, clean and well equipped with air conditioning in the upstairs rooms. The pool is fabulous, as is the outdoor living space. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it as a base for day trips around Catalonia, or enjoying the safe swimming in Tamariu's bay.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 days in La Casona, the villa is beautiful with really fantastic accommodation. We were 5 friends so having a bedroom each was brilliant. We loved the swimming pool and the outdoor seating areas and the outdoor kitchen too. Very well equipped house with (almost) everything we needed. Suggestions or improvements: I would suggest having some washing up liquid provided in the kitchen and a few more tea towels and oven gloves please.

Es el tercer verano que repetimos La Casona…evidentemente esto dice mucho, es espaciosa, es cómoda, tiene luz, y una cocina bien equipada. 2 neveras que funcionan perfectamente (esto es importante para el verano). Es una casa que nunca defrauda…una familia/amigos lo pasarán espectacular allí siempre. La recomiendo 100%. Suggestions or improvements: Algunos puntos que se pueden mejorar:

La Casona es un lugar perfecto para pasar días en Tamariu con toda la familia, es espaciosa, bien iluminada, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo.
Suggestions or improvements: Piscina muy cómoda (aunque de noche NO se encienden las luces de la misma y eso es una pena porque se podría aprovechar muchísimo más)

- colchones (no sé si todo…he probado algunos y son totalmente mejorables)
-tener habilitado el baño/aseo de al lado de la piscina (solamente lo tuvimos el primer año….no se que le ha ocurrido que ahora está cerrado) ya que es muy útil para cuando se está allí tomando sol/bañando.
-poder disponer de el parking lateral (descubierto, a sombra de los árboles) para poder entrar los coches…sobretodo si se tiene una visita. Es una pena que tenga una cadena y no se pueda utilizar.
Un parque para sentarse a desayunar, comer o cenar en grupo…mucho verde para que los niños jueguen.
Mi valoración global es que es una casa muy espaciosa, bella, súper bien ubicada bien dotada con pequeños detalles (comentados) a mejorar. Repetiría sin dudas (de hecho ya la alquile dos veces)
No hay para hacer barbacoa con leña en exterior, solamente interior y en una barbacoa muy pequeña que no da abasto para los teóricos integrantes de una casa tan grande, pero eso lo suple bastante bien una plancha exterior a gas muy grande en dónde cocinar todo lo que quieran, inclusive para hacer paella (hay una para 10 personas)
Las habitaciones que no tienen aire acondicionado son calurosas …son las tres de abajo, a tenerlo en cuenta (a pesar de contar con ventiladores)
Al internet le falta un poco de potencia y sería perfecto un repetidor para cubrir las dimensiones del hogar.
