The ground floor, at the level of the garden, the terraces, and the pool, has a pleasant and spacious entrance hall that gives us access to the day area where we have a bright and spacious dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen with a bar to socialize while cooking a fabulous meal on the large Boretti gas cooker with oven. This welcoming area gives us access to the multiple, covered terraces around the house and the spectacular pool area.

On this same floor we have a suite consisting of an air-conditioned double bedroom with a smart-tv, dressing area and a spacious, 2-sink bathroom with a large rain shower. This light and cozy night area is defined by the large window which allows you to start and end the day with the view of the tranquil garden area directly from the bed itself. Adjacent there’s a second, air-conditioned bedroom suite with 2 bunk beds and a 2-sink bathroom with rain shower, ideal for children where they can play table football. At the entrance there is a courtesy bathroom with designer sink, a storage area, and a laundry room.

 On the first floor we also find 2 large suites with access to the spacious veranda curling around the first floor offering impressive views; the simply stunning 60m2, very spacious master-bedroom with smart-tv, A/C, high, wooden-beam ceilings, with dressing closets, two raised sinks, and a wonderful, large rain shower offering the most beautiful views towards the Mediterranean landscape whilst showering; and another air-conditioned suite with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with another rain shower. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the veranda.

On this floor we also find a spacious and bright living room with a huge, comfy couch, a smart-tv with a PlayStation 5, a large fire-place, an office area for when some work needs to be done, and direct access to the 60m2 solarium terrace where we can relax on the chill-out sofas enjoying the spectacular long views, and daily impressive sunsets.

Finally, on the attic floor we have a spectacular air-conditioned suite, also with smart-tv, and a double bed which can be electronically raised, situated on a raised platform to gaze towards the sunrise directly from the bed itself, with its corresponding bathroom with rain shower and also access to an extensive, very private solarium terrace of about 36m2 from which we can relax and enjoy the most impressive views that the property offers.
