Villa La Plata is a true work of art. Built into the cliffs and enjoying wonderful unobstructed sea views, the house instills a sense of well-being and serenity. House of modern architecture, spacious and comfortable, but offering a high quality minimalist style. The modern lines of the house are perfectly integrated into the landscape of the Costa Brava, creating a unique space.   The house built on four levels has a total useful area of more than 450m². The large windows let in the light of the Costa Brava and reveal magnificent views of the sea. It is important to note that due to the location of the house and the type of modern architecture the house is not suitable for families with children under 15 years old.   The house has 4 bedrooms:On the upper level we find a double room with a private bathroom and access to the rest area and terrace in the upper part of the house. The second bedroom is located on the lower floor, this is the main bedroom with a private bathroom and separate bathtub, private terrace and access to the swimming pool.
