Cala Nostra is a residential area of white terraced houses, situated in a quiet and privileged location, very close to one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava, the cove of Aigua Gelida. It has a large community area with three swimming pools, three tennis courts lit up at night, a children's playground and a large garden with lawned area and pine trees. Surveillance and concierge service all year round. It is the ideal place to spend a magnificent holiday on the beach, with activities and fun for the whole family.
Cala Nostra - Roca Rosa has a large and bright dining room with a beautiful view of the sea, from which you can access the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean landscape and listen to the sound of the sea. Separate kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. Washing machine. Ground floor shower room. Upstairs there is a double suite, which includes a bathroom with a shower and sea view, two double rooms (one of them with a sea view and balcony) and a room with bunk beds. There is also bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Barbecue, private garage and community Wifi in the house and also in the pool area.

The home is beautiful and private, with a nice, attached garage to park your car. There is also room for guest parking, which is a commodity in Spain. The kitchen and bbq combination is wonderful for a good chef to come and cook fine meals. In the right season, you could really enjoy a nice vacation here. There’s a private walkway down to a beautiful beach that is great for snorkeling. Nice boats anchor in the cove as well. It was incredibly hard to find the home, not just for me but for my chef and local guests as well. Google and Apple Maps do not work until you get to the town of Tamariu. If coming from far away, Maps leads you to a different town. Now you know; problem solved. Just drive to Tamariu or Palafrugell and them look up the address. Overall, if this home had an updated air conditioning system, it would be a 5-Star home. We slept on cots in the living room as it was the only area with air conditioning. No big deal but for the price, the home could use modern air.

The house is very cute and positioned with a beautiful view of the coastline. It has all the facilities required for the week stay. The pool area was magnificent and we loved it! We were able to swim some laps every morning. There are many beaches within a 10-15min drive.

Equipamiento muy completo, situación estupenda. Todo amplio y funcional. Grandes vistas. Tranquilidad. Suggestions or improvements: -falta cambiar ventanas primer piso - puertas de garaje impracticables -en las habitaciones los enchufes no debieran depender de los interruptores - iluminación floja.

“The house is located inside a resort with three fantastic swimming pools and tennis courts, all very well taken care of. From the resort there is a nice staircase that goes to the wonderful creek of Aigua Xelida, which is a real natural jewel. The house is located between other terraced houses and altogether is nice and confortable, with an amazing view on the sea, especially from two bedrooms. It also has a nice terrace to eat outside. We went beginning of june, when the resort was pretty calm, and we really had a wonderful time. In july and august it is probably more noisy. Defintely a place that we would reccommend.”

View moreLa ubicación del alojamiento es excelente ya que a 20m de la casa tienes una escalera de descenso a la cala de Aigua Xelida. Las vistas son increíbles. Si abres la cortina del salón, parece que estar viendo un cuadro de la costa brava 😍 La casa está bastante bien equipada aunque para hacer una barbacoa faltan accesorios apropiados. Los agentes inmobiliarios respondieron a cada duda previa a la llegada y el sistema de recogida de llaves es muy ágil.
