Separate kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. Washing machine. Ground floor shower room. Upstairs there is a double suite, which includes a bathroom with a shower and sea view, two double rooms (one of them with a sea view) and a room with bunk beds. There is also bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Equipamiento muy completo, situación estupenda. Todo amplio y funcional. Grandes vistas. Tranquilidad. Suggestions or improvements: -falta cambiar ventanas primer piso - puertas de garaje impracticables -en las habitaciones los enchufes no debieran depender de los interruptores - iluminación floja.

“The house is located inside a resort with three fantastic swimming pools and tennis courts, all very well taken care of. From the resort there is a nice staircase that goes to the wonderful creek of Aigua Xelida, which is a real natural jewel. The house is located between other terraced houses and altogether is nice and confortable, with an amazing view on the sea, especially from two bedrooms. It also has a nice terrace to eat outside. We went beginning of june, when the resort was pretty calm, and we really had a wonderful time. In july and august it is probably more noisy. Defintely a place that we would reccommend.”
