The house is distributed over two levels:

On the first floor, on the level of the street, at the entrance there is a double bedroom en suite, a large and modern kitchen fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven and microwave) with a table for breakfast, and also a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with fireplace and exit to a charming terrace, perfectly equipped to enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air or simply relax and have a drink.
From the terrace there are some steps leading down to a fantastic barbecue area with a small lawned garden and swimming pool with dressing room-shower area next to it.
On the lower level you can enjoy an area where children can play in peace and without any risk.
Next to the kitchen there is a room with a trundle bed and a small desk, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room and another bedroom with 2 single beds.

Going down the stairs, on the level of the garden and swimming pool, we find a large space converted into a game room and another bedroom with a bunk bed.
