Description
Villa La Plata is a true work of art. Built into the cliffs and enjoying wonderful unobstructed sea views, the house instills a sense of well-being and serenity. The house built on four levels has a total useful area of more than 450m². The large windows let in the light of the Costa Brava and reveal magnificent views of the sea.
It is important to note that due to the location of the house and the type of modern architecture the house is not suitable for families with children under 15 years old.
The house has 4 bedrooms:
On the upper level we find a double room with a private bathroom and access to the rest area and terrace in the upper part of the house.
The second bedroom is located on the lower floor, this is the main bedroom with a private bathroom and separate bathtub, private terrace and access to the swimming pool. This room also has a small work area with a spectacular view of the sea.

On the second floor of the house, we find a large living room and a big kitchen erea. The living room, equipped with TV, fireplace and comfortable seats to enjoy the spectacular views of the house, has an access to a terrace with a great stainless steel table, ideal for lunch and dinner in the fresh air and enjoying the Costa Brava. From this same terrace there is also an access the swimming pool area.
On this same level we find a courtesy bathroom and service room. From the kitchen there is access to the upper floor, from which there is a direct access to a spectacular roof terrace with unique views of the sea!
This terrace does not have any barriers, so it cannot be used for a party of any kind and children cannot access it without adult supervision all the time.
From the living room you can access the two lower floors where we find the rest of the rooms.
The pool area is made up of the infinity pool with spectacular views of the sea, several terraces, gardens and a chill-out area overlooking the pool.
