Location, location, location!
Location parfait!
There was a lot of pressure to pay the deposit immediately as the owners were going on holiday…. It took numerous messages and over 3 weeks to get our deposit back. There was insufficient bedding, December is cold!
Emplacement au top. Terrasse sympa avec le bruit des vagues.
Vétusté de l'appartement et du mobilier.
La situation est super et les terrasse aussi

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine perfekte Lage direkt an Strand und Strandpromenade- allerdings darf man sich nicht daran stören, dass es den ganzen Tag von draußen verführerisch duftet, weil die Wohnung von Restaurants umgeben ist und es deswegen auch manchmal laut werden kann. Wer Tamariú allerdings kennt, der wird darüber nicht überrascht sein.
we have been in tamariu for many times in different locations at the frontside of the beach as well as in bungalows at the hill. we allways booked via corredor mato and it will be a pleassure for us to make a new booking in the comming years.
La situation et la vue face à la mer, la terrasse a chaque étage et la terrasse de toit, les appareils électroménagers de confort (lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes, fer a repasser, sèche cheveux, etc....), l'équipement en vaisselles et ustensiles, la déco de très bon goût.
La literie très moyenne. Nous avons eu tous les 3 mes enfants et moi mal au dos.

La ubicación, las maravillosas vistas y el sonido del mar
Excellent hôte, très réactif et proche de l’appartement.
Encara que les instal·lacions es veuen "velles", se nota la voluntat de millora de l'equipament. Sense luxes però cuidat i amb tot el que es necesita. La situació i les vistes ho disculpen tot.
Seafront house only a few yards from the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants, choice of balconies and roof terrace, choice of bathrooms and bedrooms. A small library in 3 or 4 languages. Good place to watch the world go by, and to paddle after dark and see a dolphin rescued. The house is managed by a local agency who were very cool and calm when I lost a set of keys. Plenty of cutlery and crockery so that just 2 people never need to wash-up, just put it all in the dishwasher the morning you leave - great!
More instructions for kitchen equipment would be nice, and the white shower tray is VERY VERY slippery when wet(?) and used with shower gel or shampoo - quite scary.
Het appartement heeft een bijzondere ligging. Prachtig uitzicht op het boventerras. Het Terras op het eerste is ook zeer aangenaam om in de morgen te vertoeven. Alles was aanwezig qua beddengoed en handdoeken.Geen donsdekens is met dekens! Een plus dat je een wasmachine hebt. In de buurt is er heel veel te bezoeken van leuke Middeleeuwse stadjes. Goede uitvalsbasis!
Het appartement staat te koop, hierdoor zij een zijn er heel wat mankementen waar men geen kosten meer heeft aan gedaan. De tweede badkamer is heel klein en met een schuifdeur die zeer moeilijk sluit.De bedden zijn zeer slecht. De eerste badkamer is ok. Het appartement is dringend aan renovatie toe! De bedden zijn zeer slecht.
“I don't think the pictures really do justice to this place. The views are absolutely fantastic (and you have a choice of 2 balconies and a rooftop terrace from which to enjoy them!) The location right on the beachfront was brilliant and there are lots of restaurants and bars within a stone's throw. The inside is nicely decorated and well equipped (although it could use a sharp knife or two in the kitchen) with 3 good sized bedrooms. Being so close to bars and restaurants you do get a bit of background noise but this didn't bother us, in fact we loved the atmosphere. It's also worth noting that there isn't any parking on site, although there is lots of free parking about a 5 min walk away. These couple of small observations aside, we thought this was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed in!”

Las terrazas, tan cerca del mar! Muy equipada la cocina(faltaría una tijera) y los baños con los kits de bienvenida. Un verdadero placer , no necesitas televisión con ese mar!
Un poco incómodo la carga y descarga porque no llega el coche a la puerta. Si no te van las escaleras tampoco es tu sitio. Y el peaje a pagar por estar delante paseo marítimo son los niños jugando a pelota y los adolescentes de juerga por la noche.
Le solail, la mer et le bruit des vagues
J'ai aimé les balcons avec vue sur mer et la maison à la fois typique et accueillante. On s'y sent bien.
Nous avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants et la maison était vraiment adaptée très belle, très bien agencée et décorée avec soin et goût nous avons été sous le charme Face à la mer un paysage de rêve
En cette période du mois de Mars nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver des restaurants de bonne qualité ouverts le soir même les étoilés etaient fermés le soir malheureusement

Die Aussicht von den beiden Balkonen und der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt scharfe Messer! Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und schön, die Betten bequem. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, man hörte nur das Rauschen des Meeres.
Am zweiten Tag nach unserer Ankunft wurde mit schwerem Gerät begonnen, die Strandpromenade aufzureißen um diverse Rohre zu erneuern, dazu kam, dass an 3 Tagen in Folge der Fäkaliensaugwagen täglich mehrere Stunden an der Leerung/Reinigung der Klärgrube arbeitete, direkt vor unserer Tür. Es gab also eine Menge Lärm und auch Gerüche.

La casa es muy acogedora y la ubicación es perfecta, justo en frente del paseo marítimo y con unas vistas espectaculares. Muy buen trato por parte de Corredor Mató. Muy recomendable.”
